1．Take commissure center of the selective type as the base point,put the style to the two sides according to design of drawing so as to determine installation position of anamorphic joint equipments.
2．According to the determined installation position fix inflation bolt which used on aluminum alloy framework to the notch.The distance between should be designed in term of requirement.For example,it needs installing fireproofing strip and waterproofing strip,that is to say,before installing aluminum alloy framework it should install fireproofing strip and waterproofing strip according to design requirement.
3．Put control shank of pivot according to design distance ,cover central cover board and then fix cover board and control shank of pivot with bolt.
4．Some types which need fixing adhesive tape should finally embed SANTOPRENE rubber inlay tape in installation trough of central cover board and frame.
Treatment of the detail parts
1．It needs to separately gelatinize waterproof base glue on framework,waterproofing strip and concrete body while installing waterproofing strip.
2．It should cover and fix joint part of two central cover board of roof anamorphic joint by gelatinizing adhesive on metal board,if you put two ends on the breach it needs installing wind-and-rain-proof board.Good detail treatment is the key to insure waterproofing effect. |
